TKM Ultimate K’NEX Train System – Scale Body (5+ Cars = Automatic 15% Discount)
(5+ Cars = Automatic 15% Discount)
The Scale Body is a longer version of TKM’s Ultimate K’NEX Train System, designed to better match real-world train proportions.
It’s the ideal size for Intamin, Vekoma, and Mack-style coaster train designs, where improved length and spacing result in a more accurate, realistic appearance.
Built on the same core system architecture as the Classic Body, the Scale Body delivers the same strength, reliability, and modularity — with enhanced visual realism for more detailed coaster builds.

For Existing V2 Customers
The axle bars and Classic wheel assemblies used in the Scale Body system are the same as those from the original V2 Train System, meaning existing components can still be reused when upgrading.
However, due to the longer proportions of the Scale Body, legacy V2 top designs are not compatible with this body type. Scale Body trains require Scale Body–specific top designs for correct fit and appearance.
Existing V2 customers looking to upgrade are encouraged to contact me via the contact form to arrange a personalised upgrade path based on the parts they already own.
Front and middle train systems are no longer sold as separate products. This change has been made to reduce confusion and provide a more complete, consistent kit.
All train system kits now include front-car components as standard.
Orders of 4 cars or more also include the additional assemblies and screws required to support two front cars, where applicable.
This approach ensures clearer ordering, better compatibility, and a smoother upgrade experience for both new and existing customers.
Pricing Note
Selecting the Realistic (HD) wheel assembly upgrade when purchasing the train system offers a cost saving compared to buying the HD assemblies separately at a later date.
This saving is possible because the HD assemblies replace the included Classic assemblies, rather than both types being supplied when purchased separately.
Both Classic and Realistic (HD) wheel assemblies are also available separately in packs, allowing customers to change configurations without purchasing an entirely new train system.
Bearings (Important)
Bearings may also be supplied and installed if arranged directly; however, this can increase both shipping time and cost due to lead time for bearings, increased package weight, and higher declared order value.
For these reasons, bearings are not included by default, as in most cases the most affordable option is for customers to purchase and install their own.
