What is the return policy?
- Faulty Goods: You have 30 days to return faulty, not-as-described, or unsatisfactory quality items for a full refund.
- After 30 days: A full return is not accepted but you are generally entitled to free-of-charge repair or replacement parts from my own added policy for up to 60 days.
- After 60 days: Free-of-charge repair or replacement expires however I will be happy to organise low cost paid replacement parts either from the spare parts shop page or privately.
- This is up to code with current UK return policy law.
- To this date, with over 100 orders, we have not yet had to issue any refunds. With only a very small amount of free-of-charge spare replacement parts
When will I get my order?
Most items that are listed are generally pre-printed and ready to ship. If you have ordered a in-stock or pre-printed train or model orders will ship the next working day (orders won't ship between Friday evening and Sunday's)
UK Shipments - Avg 1-5 days
Europe Shipments - 3-10 days
USA Shipments - 5-14 days
If your order is taking longer than expected to be fulfilled (shipped) I will try to contact customers directly via email to let them know what the delay is. Typically slow downs are due to re-stocking delays.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are manufactured by myself using the best quality materials and 3D printers. Using the perfect print settings to achieve almost invisible layer lines for an almost injection moulded appearance.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your basket. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Order will be packaged in high quality packaging and well protected using dense shredded paper infill.
Small parts such as screws, wheel assemblies and colour coded parts will be secured in there own see through black plastic pouch.
