V2 Train Top Design Bundles (TOP'S ONLY)
This is a new bundle system, please pick the length of train that matches the one you have.
For example, if you want a 3 car train, then pick a 3 car top design.
Top designs are shipped with zero car and rear (if applicable) by default.
Please Note - You can request what colour you want for single colour top designs in the "cart notes" section in your cart/checkout.
If you wish to request a totally custom top design, i.e. a different colour way for any of the multi-colour design or a totally custom new train shape/model. Then please use the contact form to discuss options.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
To maintain the beauty and integrity of your purchase, we recommend treating it with care. We also recommend that if you need to clean this item, you do *NOT* use water and soap; instead, use a damp cloth or wet wipe.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. Custom-made-to-order products will take longer to ship.
Returns are not accepted unless you can prove that an order was placed accidentally or by someone else using your payment details without your permission. If a return within these guidelines is necessary, then the refund will be issued upon the item's return to its original location. (The Store's Shipping Location)
Items damaged in shipping are covered, but you need to provide proof. Items damaged by the user are not covered. However, spare parts can be purchased if needed either from the spare parts section on the products page or by contacting me directly.
