The Ultimate 3D Printed K'nex Roller Coaster Train System
My love for K'nex Roller Coasters goes back more then 15 years! But there has always been a big issue with the normal trains......THEY ARE SLOW! (and they look ugly)
So I spent the past 2+ years developing the best K'nex Roller Coaster train system.
Detailed Overview

High Quality SLS Printed Wheel Assembly
Selective laser sintering (SLS) is a form of 3D printing that uses a high-powered laser to fuse powdered Nylon into solid 3D shapes. using this form of 3D printing has kept the wheel bogies clean, smooth, strong and reliable. These wheel bogies also swing back and forth just like real roller coaster wheel bogies

Easy To Swap Designs
M3 Brass threads allow you to easily swap out new designs.
More designs will be coming in the future such as RMC, Intamin or B&M style trains.

Extra Performance / Speed
Simply buy your own ceramic or hybrid ceramic bearings, install them and you are ready to go! Using ceramic or hybrid ceramic bearings increases both speed reliability.

Front Swivel
The front wheel assembly rotates left and right using smooth bearings to allow for tighter turns.

Universal Joint
This universal joint uses bearings to allow for tighter corners and has a robust design. carts will now stay attached when on the track. no more carts separating from the front cart and rolling back down the chain lift. this is because they are screwed together with a brass thread on the universal join and a 16mm screw on the back of every cart.

Eddy Current Brakes
4 super strong neodymium magnets are placed on the underside of each car to be used in eddy current brakes to help slow your train down to a crawl. A 25mmx2mm bar of aluminium including the 3D printed holders will be provided with every order. 2 sets with orders over 4 carts.

Resin Chain Catch
Custom resin chain catches can be placed on any cart and are easy to move. every cart, front or middle, will come with a resin chain catch.
